Bird & Beach (10/04-10/09/09) : Aloha, Some misc shots in this group. The first set is of a poor little pigeon that was dying peacefully as he sat on the pipes below our apartment building. We thought he was just resting but the next day we found him dead below this area. The next group are some shots of Three Tables area. Swimming with Honu (08/01/09) : Aloha, After Waimea we took Caleb over to Laniakea to swim with the big Honu. We swam and played in the waves for awhile before we headed out. Caleb was all tired out from the fun and quickly feel asleep as we drove home. We dropped him off and made a stop over by Diamond Head to view some waves on the South Shore. DaBoyZ

Jumping off of High Rock (08/01/09) : Aloha, After Pearl Harbor we took Caleb to our favorite place in Wahiawa, Maui Mike's. After we had some great lunch we headed to Waimea Bay so Caleb could jump off the big rock there. Caleb jumped off a total of 3 times, but the pictures from the 2nd jump didn't come out. There was a lot of eye candy to check out while we waited for Caleb's jumps. DaBoyZ

North Shore & La'ie (07/26/09) : Aloha, DaBoyZ were waiting near Surf n Sea in Hale'iwa for our friend Laura, who was having a surf lesson. After picking up Laura we made a stop at Crawford's Convalescent Home for some shots of this cool old building. Afterwards we made at stop at this great beach and watched this lone fisherman out in the water. Made a stop at Ted's Bakery for some amazing Chocolate Haupia Pie. After dropping Laura off we made our way over to La'ie Point. DaBoyZ

Mango Man & North Shore (07/25/09) : Aloha, DaBoyZ & our friend Laura stopped to see Deb & Mary and wish them a good morning. Caleb, Mango Man, was ontop of the roof picking some very colorful mangoes. We chatted for a bit before heading out to the North Shore. We stopped at Three Tables and staked out a place kinda off from everyone else and jumped into the ocean for some great snorkeling. DaBoyZ & Laura were blessed with the opportunity to swim with 3 Honu and we watched them eat off the rocks. Got back to the beach and David sparked up the BBQ. Our friend, Craig, stopped over and through a veggie burger on the grill for himself. Deb Z & Caleb drove up and they joined in on the BBQ. We all chatted and swam around. It was an amazing day. On the way back home we stopped at Hale'iwa Beach Park to drop off our coals and watch the pre-sunset. As we left Hale'iwa we stopped at the pineapple fields and got a few more shots of the last little bit of pink left in the sky. DaBoyZ

Turtle Bay (06/21/09) : Aloha, DaBoyZ planned to do some snorkeling at Pupukea on the North Shore but it kept raining and was really windy. We jumped on a bus and headed out to Turtle Bay were the sun was peaking out. Got some great shots on that end of the North Shore. DaBoyZ

Had a wonderful day playing in the water, snorkeling, and swimming with the Honu (Hawaiian Green Sea Turtle). We stayed really late and ended up eating at Bob's Pizza in Hale'iwa. After a yummy breakfast we headed into town and stopped in Palolo Valley to see the Korean Buddhist Temple. Later we ended up in Waikiki and went to the Shore Bird Restaurant & Beach Bar in the Outrigger Reef on the Beach. South Shore to Makapu'u (01/28/09) : Aloha, We stopped along the South Shore of O'ahu in hopes of seeing a whale and sure enough we were lucky enough to see several breaching and shooting up spouts. South Shore O'ahu (12/27/08) : Aloha, We took Scott with us to explore the South Shore of O'ahu. We rode the 22 bus all the way to Makapu'u Beach were we walked around and watched the surfers for a bit. We hope another 22 and headed back towards Hawai'i Kai and got off the bus around Hanuama Bay where we followed this road towards Koko Crater and the shooting range. Beautiful day to do some exploring. DaBoyZ

Waimea Bay & Dinner (10/25/08) : Aloha, We went to Waimea Bay and oh my goodness I have never seen the bay like this. The water was not the normal crystal blue but instead was brown and murky looking and instead of being flat it was turbulent and huge waves were crashing into the shore. Later the night we met up with some friends that Dale used to work with at KCC. We went to Pae Thai for dinner and had a great time chatting & catching up. DaBoyZ

Dole Maze & Pupukea (07/13/08) : Aloha, For Jasmine's last Sunday in Hawai'i we went to Dole Plantation. Jas & I did the maze and it only took us a little over an hour to figure our way through. That's 1/2 hour faster than the 1st time I went through the maze!! Afterwards we headed to Three Tables to enjoy some more fun in the sun! DaBoyZ

Disaster on the Beach (07/06/08) : Aloha, Jas was doing a Budweiser photo shoot for us. The wind kicked up and blew a shade tent out into the water. Waialua Beach (06/14/08) : Aloha, We met up with our buddy Dusty and all of us headed to the North Shore. We decided to stop at Waialua for a BBQ and swim. Dusty amazed all of us by catching a fish with his bare hands and then cooking it up on the grill and eating it. I guess that is one of the benefits of growing up in Pohnpei!!! We all had a great time and got to see some amazing kitesurfers. DaBoyZ

Shark's Cove (06/11/08) : Aloha, Jas and I headed off to the North Shore together. We went to Shark's Cove for some amazing snorkeling. Just as we got into the water we saw what looked like a snake but soon we discovered that a eel was swimming around. Then we went out to the open ocean and swam around the back wall of the reef where it is 30-40 feet deep. Had a great day. DaBoyZ

Makapu'u Beach (06/01/08) : Aloha, OK so it's been over a month since we did this excursion so it's a bit foggy in my mind. We went out to breakfast at Zippy's with our friends Jay & Mellanie. Afterwards Jay, Mellanie, David, Jasmine & I all drove out to Makapu'u Beach to play out in the sand and surf below the famous lighthouse. We had a great time out there and really enjoyed jumping off the rocks into the azure blue waters. DaBoyZ
