Watching the other Islands (09/14-09/18/09) : Aloha, Had a couple of really clear days and you could see all the way to the Big Island. Got a few shots from Pu`u O Kaimuki Mini Park and Kapi`olani Community College. The last couple pictures are of David's hand. He recently cut his finger and had to go to the hospital and get 5 stitches. DaBoyZ

Hilina Pali (09/06/09) : Aloha, We drove down this road, that was closed last time we came, towards the beautiful and breathtaking Hilina Pali Road. It was a long one-lane road (about 9 miles) that took us to this picnic table area. We parked there and walked to the trail head and were treated with an amazing view of the Big Island coastline. Pu‘u o Mahuka Heiau (07/15/09) : Aloha, DaBoyZ had Judy's car and we went to Pu'u O Mahuka Heiau on the North Shore of O'ahu! We followed the path around the Heiau as it slowly lead us down the hill. Along the route we were treated with many outstanding and wonderous views of Waimea Bay & Waimea Valley! As we came to the end of the trail it lead us down to a point where we found a memorial marker and just below that was this lookout point that was just amazing and you could see way back into Waimea Valley! While taking in the view we saw a Honu swimming in the water!!! Many people were walking along the beach totally clueless to the beautiful within the azure waters! Along the way home we stop at La'ie Point and caught some dramatic views of the east side of the island. We stopped at a few spots around the island but at He'eia State Park we were greeted by a herd of cats. It was a bit freaky...I felt like I was in the movie "The Birds" but with cats!! I was just waiting for them to pounce on us!! At the end of the day we drove up to a lookout along Tantalus Road. We had a great day! DaBoyZ

Last Moments on Maui (09/01/08) : Aloha, We took the 8PM Superferry back home so the last few hours on Maui we were exhausted and just tooled around and took a nap in the car and explored a bit. Found a place called Hart's Corner (Dale's mom's maiden name is Hart) and got a chance to see the Pride of America. DaBoyZ

Kahakuloa Village/Head (08/28/08) : Aloha, As the end of the day neared we came around to the end of the road and back towards Kahului. We stopped at a lookout and found this beautiful puppy dog sitting in the car and watching for his owners. Then we headed off to Kahakuloa Village for some more fantastic views and then off to Kihei to our hotel. DaBoyZ

Honolua Bay/Nakalele Blowhole (08/28/08) : Aloha, When we first landed in Maui we stopped at a snorkel shop and was told by the man working there that Honolua Bay was a awesome place to snorkel. So as we made our way around West Maui we stopped there for a dip. What an amazing place!! It was a bit cloudy (visability around 10-15 feet) but numerous fish...we even had this one group that would follow us around (David kept saying it felt like they were asking what we had for them...cute!!). We then headed off to Nakalele Blowhole for some spectacular shots of the coast & ocean! DaBoyZ

The End of the Road (03/22/08) : After leaving the cave we headed on to the end of the road at Yokohama Bay and saw a whale spout. On the way back in town we saw a beautiful rainbow, then had dinner at Mandarin the chinese place we like. Then we went to watch the sunset at Kaka'ako.
