Aloha,
DaBoyZ took there love of American Sign Language (ASL) and hiking and made a group called "ASL Hikers" (look us up on Facebook if your interested in joining us for a hike). We did our debut hike atop Saint Louis Heights in the Wa'ahila Ridge Recreation Area. Six of us showed up for the first hike (Sharon, Trina, Benaline, Natasha, & DaBoyZ). Everyone had a great time despite all the accidents. Natasha fell several times and scraped up her knee, Trina crashed and burned, Benaline scraped her knee up, David got a cut, Dale has a huge bruise on his butt and hurt his hand, Sharon however was the only one not hurt. We slowly made our way down the mountain. When we arrived at the Wa'ahila Water supply towers we stopped for a lunch break. We continued on down to the Hawaiian Studies department at the University of Hawai'i at Manoa where we separated. Had a great time and can't wait for next month's hike!!
